Voice Surgery

Voice surgery is one of a number of different procedures intended to raise the pitch of the voice. The aim with these surgeries is to shorten or tighten the vocal cords. Most report good success at achieving a raised pitch, they often find that additional vocal training is required, in order to achieve a correct feminine voice.
